Serra Frank: I am a mom from Boise, Idaho. I am from the D.A.R.E. generation and I strongly believe that the War on Drugs and Cannabis Prohibition are an insult to our ancestors and a plague on our future generations. We should be ashamed for allowing this to continue; and we need to demand that our government legalize and allow us to utilize Cannabis for all of it's benefits today.
